The Regulations Governing Labor by Prisoners Article 17
The prison shall, as per its business needs, be entitled to temporarily select prisoners with special expertise for comparable work, after the relevant unit reports to the prison official for approval. Such work period shall be less than three months and shall not be subjected to the restrictions of the preceding two articles.
