Statute of Progressive Execution of Penalty Article 68
The Screening Committee on Progressive Corrective Measures shall convene a meeting once a month; the assessment opinion of the committee shall be determined through a majority vote.The aforementioned assessment opinion should be reported to the warden immediately for presentation in the Prison Affairs Committee meeting.
