Statute of Progressive Execution of Penalty Article 67
Where the Screening Committee on Progressive Corrective Measures should find it necessary to subject a prisoner rated Level 2 or higher to solitary confinement, the committee shall submit proposal complete with supporting grounds to the warden for approval; however, such solitary confinement shall not exceed one month.
