Statute of Progressive Execution of Penalty Article 52
Prisoners rated Level 2 or higher shall be allowed to compete in skill competition games or sports meets; however, such privilege shall be limited to once a month for Level 2 prisoners and twice a month for Level 1 prisoners.The aforementioned limitations shall not be applicable to juvenile prisoners.
