Statute of Progressive Execution of Penalty Article 30
The prison warden may allow the prisoners working in the respective workshops to elect a number of well-respected, trustworthy Level 2 prisoners to, upon the confirmation of the prison warden, attend to workshop matters and engage in other essential duties. Maximum number of elects shall be two prisoners per workshop.
