Statute of Progressive Execution of Penalty Article 29

If the lineal relatives by blood of a Level 1 juvenile prisoner shall be critically ill or shall encounter other grave incidents, a petition for a temporary limited period of prison leave may be filed with the Prison Affairs Committee.Where the juvenile prisoner granted prison leave under the foregoing reasons shall fail to return to his/her respective prison facility within the prescribed deadline, the period that prisoner has spent outside the prison shall not be counted in his/her service period.
