The term "martial agencies" referred to in Article 24, Paragraph 2 of this Act, include all levels of the martial courts and the martial prosecution offices.The term "courts and prosecuting agencies" referred to in Article 25, Paragraph 1 of this Act, include all levels of the martial courts and the martial prosecution offices. The term "judges and prosecutors" referred to in Article 25, Paragraph 2 of this Act, include the martial court judges and the martial prosecutors.

本法第二十四條第二項所定軍法機關，包括各級軍事法院及軍事檢察署。
本法第二十五條第一項所定法院、檢察機關，包括各級軍事法院、軍事檢察署；第二項所定法官、檢察官，包括軍事審判官、軍事檢察官。
