Classified National Security Information Protection Act Article 22
The Legislative Yuan shall not provide or reply any classified information during legislative process unless such information is properly declassified. However, if the legislative process is conducted at the closed meeting or in camera, classified information involved may be provided for in camera inspection or replied in a designated place.The rules governing the provision and reply referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be enacted by the Legislative Yuan.
中文原文 國家機密保護法第22條
立法院依法行使職權涉及國家機密者，非經解除機密，不得提供或答復。
但其以秘密會議或不公開方式行之者，得於指定場所依規定提供閱覽或答復。
前項閱覽及答復辦法，由立法院訂之。
