Enforcement Rules of the Act of the Establishment of the Government Employee Ethics Units and Their Officers Article 8
Matters concerned with handling corruption and malfeasance related to organs mentioned in Subparagraph 5 of Article 4 are shown for example as follows:1. inspection and investigation of abnormal operations of organizations and abnormal living style of employees2. Investigation of irregularities exposed by people or reported by the media3. Handling of documents, making of interviews and the doing of other matters handed down by an organization's head or by the Agency Against Corruption for investigation or gathering evidence4. Implementation of administrative investigation on corruption5. Installation of mail box and hotline and encouragement of whistle-blowing

本條例第四條第五款關於機關有關之貪瀆與不法事項之處理事項，例示如下：
一、查察作業違常單位及生活違常人員。
二、調查民眾檢舉及媒體報導有關機關之弊端。
三、執行機關首長、法務部廉政署及上級政風機構交查有關調閱文書、訪談及其他調查蒐證。
四、辦理行政肅貪。
五、設置機關檢舉貪瀆信箱及電話，鼓勵勇於檢舉。
