Enforcement Rules of the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest Article 31
The publication or announcement by the agency of supervision entitled to imposing penalties pursuant to Article 21 of the Act shall indicate the following information:1. Where penalties are imposed on any public servant, specify his/her name, the agency or entity with which he/she serves and his/her title. Where penalties are imposed on a person related to any public servant, specify his/her/its name.2. The subject and facts of the penalty decision.3. The organization which imposes such penalties.4. Date of penalty imposition.5. Other related information.

處分機關依本法第二十一條規定所為之刊登、公開，應記載下列事項：
一、受處分人為公職人員者，應記載其姓名、服務之機關團體及職稱；受處分人為公職人員之關係人者，應記載其姓名或名稱。
二、處分書之主旨及事實。
三、處分機關。
四、處分日期。
五、其他必要事項。
