Enforcement Rules of the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest Article 30

The “Governors at above the village (town, city) level elected pursuant to the Public Officials Election and Recall Act” referred to in Article 20, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1, Item 2 of the Act shall include the chiefs of mountain indigenous districts of the special municipalities under Article 2 of the Public Officials Election and Recall Act.
