Enforcement Rules of the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest Article 22
The “proxy performing official duty” referred to in Article 10, Subparagraph 2 of the Act shall mean the person performing the official duty of any public servant based on the order designated by the relevant agency or entity in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, local self-government ordinances and regulations, articles of incorporation or organizational regulations.
