Enforcement Rules of the Administrative Execution Act Article 41
The enforcement authority shall determine if they consent to the demand of compensation for special loss within 30 days after receiving the written request.If the enforcement authority consents to making the reimbursement, it shall note the amount in writing and inform the person or his/her agent to retrieve it with the receipt; if it disagrees to reimburse, it shall inform the person or his/her agent of the reasons in writing.

執行機關對於特別損失補償之請求，應於收到請求書後三十日內決定之。
執行機關為補償之決定者，應以書面載明補償之金額，通知請求人或其代理人出據具領；為不予補償之決定者，應以書面載明理由，通知請求人或其代理人。
