The Regulations of Management of the Government Subsidies and the Publicly Raised Funds of Taiwan After-Care Association Article 18
Taiwan After-Care Association or its affiliates shall make a public proclamation and public credit reference regarding the use of the funds or articles collected and submit those information to the Ministry of Justice along with the accomplishment report, details of expenses and related eviden documentation within 30 days upon completion of the plan of using.If the funds or articles collected are bestowed to other rehabilitation protection organizations, a catalogue of transfer inventory shall be attached.
中文原文 更生保護會接受政府補助及向外籌募經費管理辦法第18條
更生保護會或分會應於籌募活動所得財物使用計畫執行完竣後三十日內，將其使用情形公告及公開徵信，連同成果報告、支出明細及相關證明文件，報法務部備查。
前項使用情形，如係將籌募活動所得財物轉贈其他更生保護團體使用者，並應檢附移交清冊。
