Rehabilitation Protection Act Article 10
The Ministry of Justice may raise Rehabilitative Protection Fund for assisting the rehabilitative protection business. The rule of establishing and supervising Rehabilitative Protection Fund shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Justice and ratified by the Executive Yuan.
