Rehabilitation Protection Act Article 1
This Act is litigated to protect the prisoners discharged from prisons or other individuals protected by this Act, to help them self-sustaining, to reintegrate them back into the community, to prevent them from recommitment of crime and to maintain social security. The matters not contained in this Act shall be governed by other regulations.

為保護出獄人及依本法應受保護之人，使其自立更生，適於社會生活；預防其再犯，以維社會安寧，特制定本法；本法未規定者，適用其他法律。
