Enforcement Rules of the Crime Victim Rights Protection Act Article 35
With regard to the application for crime victim compensation, the Review Committee shall grant compensation and determine the compensation amount and payment method in case the review result finds there are reasons for the application; or shall decide on dismissal of the application in case the review result finds no reason to support the application.
