Enforcement Rules of the Crime Victim Rights Protection Act Article 24

1 The Crime Victim Compensation Review Committee (hereinafter referred to as “Review Committee”) and the Crime Victim Compensation Reconsideration Committee (hereinafter referred to as “Reconsideration Committee”) may request the relevant agencies (organizations) to provide necessary information for the compensation review and reconsideration affairs as provided in the Act; and the requested agencies (organizations) shall not refuse to do so unless otherwise provided by law.2 The information obtained by Review Committee and Reconsideration Committee in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be kept confidential; and the preservation and use of relevant information shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
