Crime Victim Rights Protection Act Article 60

The compensation payable to crime victims under any of the following circumstances shall be returned in full, and the interest calculated from the date of receipt shall be paid:1. Under the circumstances stipulated in Article 56 that the application cannot be made.2. Applying for compensation payable to crime victims through deception or other dishonest means.
