Rehabilitative Measures for Burglar and Fence Criminals Act Article 7
Persons exempted from their punishment pursuant to this Act, who deliberately commit any offense resulting in a fixed-term imprisonment sentencing within five years after the completion of the compulsory work or the exemption of a partial enforcement, shall be deemed as recidivists.

依本條例免其刑之執行者，於受強制工作之執行完畢或一部之執行而免予繼續執行後，五年以內故意再犯有期徒刑以上之罪者，以累犯論。
