The said foreigners hired by attorneys should have one of the following qualifications:1.Graduated from law or related department of a domestic or overseas university or above.2.Have worked for more than two years in a law office, or a legal department of a government or private agency; the work duration is not limited to the seniority after graduation.3.Passed overseas bar examination.

律師所聘僱之外國人應符合下列資格之一：
一、國內外大學以上法律或相關科系畢業。
二、有二年以上在律師事務所、政府或民間機構法律部門工作之經驗，其期間不以畢業後之年資為限。
三、外國律師考試及格。
