Enforcement Rules for the Attorney Regulation Act Article 7
The local bar association or the National Bar Association may request an applicant to provide relevant information and write an inquiry letter to courts, public prosecutor's offices, relevant authorities or other local bar associations for the purpose of examining whether the applicant is under any of the circumstances referred to in Article 12 of the Act.
