Enforcement Rules for the Attorney Regulation Act Article 25
The MOJ shall notify the local bar association to which an attorney or a foreign legal affairs attorney belongs and the National Bar Association when withdrawing or revoking the former attorney’s attorney license in accordance with Article 9 of the Act or withdrawing or revoking the latter attorney's permit to practice law in accordance with Article 124 of the Act.The MOJ shall consult with the local bar association to which a foreign legal affairs attorney belongs and the National Bar Association before withdrawing or revoking such attorney’s permit to practice law.
中文原文 律師法施行細則第25條
本部依本法第九條規定撤銷或廢止律師之律師證書，或第一百二十四條規定撤銷或廢止外國法事務律師之執業許可時，應通知該律師或外國法事務律師所屬之地方律師公會及全國律師聯合會。
本部為前項撤銷或廢止外國法事務律師之執業許可前，應先徵詢其所屬之地方律師公會及全國律師聯合會之意見。
