Attorney Regulation Act Article 92
In case of any of the following situations, any disciplinary case should be resolved to be not accepted:1. Any referral to disciplinary proceedings which violates the rules and cannot be corrected, or which fails to be corrected after being notified of such violation; or2. The attorney referred to disciplinary proceedings dies.

懲戒案件有下列情形之一者，應為不受理之決議：
一、移付懲戒之程序違背規定不能補正或經通知補正逾期不補正。
二、被付懲戒律師死亡。
