Attorney Regulation Act Article 4
The Pre-Service Training for Attorneys shall be organized by the National Bar Association.The period, time, manners and other matters of or in connection with the training program referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be determined by the National Bar Association and then reported to the Ministry of Justice for reference; however, matters relating to training dismissal, suspension, and resumption as well as fee collection shall be drafted by the National Bar Association and then reported to the Ministry of Justice for approval.

前條第一項律師職前訓練，由全國律師聯合會辦理。
前項訓練之實施期間、時間、方式及其他相關事項，由全國律師聯合會訂定，並報法務部備查。
但退訓、停訓、重訓及收費事項，由全國律師聯合會擬訂，報請法務部核定。
