Attorney Regulation Act Article 13
Attorneys that have been admitted to a local bar association upon the review and approval thereof shall become a member of such local bar association and the National Bar Association.After completing the review of an application for admission, a local bar association shall forward the result of and other information relating to such application to the National Bar Association; where such application is dismissed, the local bar association shall put the reason for such dismissal in writing and submit the same to the National Bar Association for re-examination.

律師經地方律師公會審核同意入會者，即成為該地方律師公會及全國律師聯合會之會員。
地方律師公會審核入會申請後，應將結果及其他相關資料轉送全國律師聯合會。
如審核不同意者，並應檢附其理由，送請全國律師聯合會複審。
