Attorney Regulation Act Article 113
Provisions of Section 1 hereof shall apply mutatis mutandis to matters relating to the organization, recusal and review of the Attorney Disciplinary Re-consideration Committee and the Attorney Disciplinary Re-Examination Re-consideration Committee; provisions of Sections 2 and 3 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the re-consideration procedures, unless otherwise provided in this Section.The Ministry of Justice shall formulate the organization and the review rules of the Attorney Disciplinary Re-consideration Committee and the Attorney Disciplinary Re-Examination Re-consideration Committee by after consultation with the National Bar Association, and submit the review rules to the Executive Yuan in conjunction with the Judicial Yuan for approval.

律師懲戒再審議委員會及律師懲戒覆審再審議委員會之組織、迴避及審議相關事項，準用第一節之規定；再審議程序，除本節另有規定外，準用第二節、第三節之規定。
