Attorney Regulation Act Article 10
The Ministry of Justice shall establish the Attorney Qualification Review Committee, responsible for reviewing the issuance, revocation and cancellation of the attorney license and the suspension and resumption of legal practice by attorneys.The Attorney Qualification Review Committee shall be composed of the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Justice, the Director-General of the Department of Prosecutorial Affairs, a judge from the Supreme Administrative Court, a judge from the Supreme Court, a public prosecutor from the High Prosecutor's Office, four attorneys, and two scholars or experts, with the convener being the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Justice.The rules for the term of office, method of selection, reviewing procedures for or relating to the members said in the preceding paragraph, as well as other relevant matters, shall be formulated by the Ministry of Justice.

法務部應設律師資格審查會，審議律師證書之核發、撤銷、廢止及律師執行職務之停止、回復等事項。
律師資格審查會由法務部次長、檢察司司長及高等行政法院法官、高等法院法官、高等檢察署檢察官各一人、律師四人、學者專家二人組成之；召集人由法務部次長任之。
前項委員之任期、產生方式、審查程序及其他相關事項之規則，由法務部定之。
