A person who at the request or with the consent of a pregnant woman causes her abortion shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than two years.If the commission of the offense results in the death of the woman, the offender shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than six months but not more than five years; if aggravated injury results, the offender shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three years.

受懷胎婦女之囑託或得其承諾，而使之墮胎者，處二年以下有期徒刑。
因而致婦女於死者，處六月以上五年以下有期徒刑。
致重傷者，處三年以下有期徒刑。
