A pregnant woman who by taking drugs or by other means causes her abortion shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than six months, short-term imprisonment, or a fine of not more than three thousand dollars.A pregnant woman who permits another to cause her abortion shall be subject to same punishment.If the commission of an offense specified in one of the two preceding paragraphs is necessary because of sickness or for averting danger to life, the punishment shall be remitted.

懷胎婦女服藥或以他法墮胎者，處六月以下有期徒刑、拘役或三千元以下罰金。
懷胎婦女聽從他人墮胎者，亦同。
