A person who commits the offense specified in article 271 under the age of seven, shall be subject to the punishment prescribed for such an offense by increasing it by half.A person who maltreats a minor under the age of seven commits an offense specified in article 271-1 shall be sentenced to death or life imprisonment.An attempt to commit an offense specified in the preceding paragraph is punishable.A person who prepares to commit an offense specified in paragraph two shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than five years.
