A person who forges a public seal or the impression of a public seal shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than five years.A person who uses without authority a public seal or the impression of a public seal and causes injury to the public or another shall be subject the same punishment.

偽造公印或公印文者，處五年以下有期徒刑。
