A person who forges a seal, the impression of a seal, or a signature and causes injury to the public or another shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three years.A person who uses without authority a seal, the impression of a seal, or a signature and causes injury to the public or another shall be subject to the same punishment.

偽造印章、印文或署押，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處三年以下有期徒刑。
盜用印章、印文或署押，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，亦同。
