A person who uses radioactive without a justified season and causes damage to another’s body or health shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than three years but not more than ten years.If the offense results in death, the offender shall be sentenced to life imprisonment of imprisonment for no less than ten years; if the offense results in serious physical injury, the offender shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than five years.An attempt to commit the offense specified in paragraph 1 is punishable.

無正當理由使用放射線，致傷害人之身體或健康者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
因而致人於死者，處無期徒刑或十年以上有期徒刑；致重傷者，處五年以上有期徒刑。
