A person who overturns or, damages an occupied train, electric car, or another vehicle, vessel, or aircraft for public transport on water, on land, or in the air shall be sentenced to life imprisonment or imprisonment for not less than five years.A person who negligently commits an offense specified in the preceding paragraph shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three year, short-term imprisonment, or a fine of not more than three hundred thousand dollars.An attempt to commit an offense specified in paragraph 1 is punishable.

傾覆或破壞現有人所在之火車、電車或其他供水、陸、空公眾運輸之舟、車、航空機者，處無期徒刑或五年以上有期徒刑。
因過失犯前項之罪者，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或三十萬元以下罰金。
第一項之未遂犯罰之。
