Criminal Code of the Republic of China Article 164

A person who conceals or causes the concealment of an offender or a person who escapes from legal arrest or custody shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than two years, short-term imprisonment, or a fine of not more than fifteen thousand dollars.A person who with the intention to commit an offense specified in the preceding paragraph impersonates an offender shall be subject to the same punishment.

藏匿犯人或依法逮捕、拘禁之脫逃人或使之隱避者，處二年以下有期徒刑、拘役或一萬五千元以下罰金。
