Criminal Code of the Republic of China Article 108

Any person during the war with a foreign state or while the war is about to start failing to deliver military supplies which he has undertaken by contract to deliver or delivering supplies not in conformity with the terms of the contract shall be sentenced to imprisonment not less than one year but not more than seven years; in addition thereto, a fine of not more than one hundred fifty thousand dollars may be imposed.Any person negligently committing an offense specified in the preceding paragraph shall be sentenced to imprisonment not less than two years, short-term imprisonment, or a fine of not more than thirty thousand dollars.

在與外國開戰或將開戰期內，不履行供給軍需之契約或不照契約履行者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑，得併科十五萬元以下罰金。
因過失犯前項之罪者，處二年以下有期徒刑、拘役或三萬元以下罰金。
