1988 Criminal Commutation Act Article 6
Punishments for offenses deserving commutation in accordance with this Act and a final judgment has yet to be decided shall receive commutation when the judgment is rendered.The judgment prescribed in the preceding paragraph shall contain in its main content the original sentence and the commuted sentence.

依本條例應減刑之罪，未經判決確定者，於裁判時減其宣告刑。
