1988 Criminal Commutation Act Article 5
Punishments for offenses deserving commutation in accordance with this Act that have been commuted in accordance with other provisions shall have commutation in addition to prior commutation.However, punishments for offenses that have been commuted due to the lifting of martial law in the Taiwan area on July 15, 1987 shall not be commuted again within the provisions of this Act, except rebellion crimes.
中文原文 中華民國七十七年罪犯減刑條例第5條
依本條例應減刑之罪，曾依其他法令減刑者，仍就原減得之刑再予減刑。
但曾因中華民國七十六年七月十五日臺灣地區解除戒嚴而減刑之罪，除叛亂罪外，不得依本條例再予減刑。
