Foundations Act Article 46
Unless the law provides otherwise, a public-endowed foundation’s supervisors, if any, shall have the following duties and powers:(1) Oversee the operation and financial status;(2) Audit financial statements, documents and property information; and(3) Oversee the operation to be carried out in accordance with laws and the charter of endowment.

除法律另有規定外，民間捐助之財團法人設有監察人者，其職權如下：
