Trust Law Article 63
If a trust inures to the sole benefit of the settlor, the settlor or his inheritor shall have the right to terminate the trust from time to time and at any time.If a trust is terminated by the settlor or his inheritor under the preceding paragraph at a time which is detrimental to the rights, and interests of the trustee, the settlor or his inheritor shall be liable to pay compensation to the trustee unless the termination is due to any cause beyond one's control.

信託利益全部由委託人享有者，委託人或其繼承人得隨時終止信託。
前項委託人或其繼承人於不利於受託人之時期終止信託者，應負損害賠償責任。
但有不得已之事由者，不在此限。
