Fee-Charging Standards for the Provision of Government Information by the Ministry of Justice and Its Subordinate Agencies Article 4
Where mailing services are required for the reproduction or duplication of government information, postage shall be charged based on the actual amount incurred.The government information referred to in the preceding paragraph may be transmitted via email or delivered offline using electronic storage media.Where offline delivery via electronic storage media is requested, fees shall be charged for the cost of the required media, unless the applicant provides the storage media.
