Administrative Procedure Act Article 174-1
All legal orders established by administrative authorities before this Act comes into force in accordance with article 7 of the Standard Act for Making of Laws and Regulations by the Central Government, of which the basis of authorization is required to be provided for or specified by law, shall be amended or established after their respective basis of authorization is so provided for or specified by law, within two years after this Act comes into force, and shall become inoperative thereafter.

本法施行前，行政機關依中央法規標準法第七條訂定之命令，須以法律規定或以法律明列其授權依據者，應於本法施行後二年內，以法律規定或以法律明列其授權依據後修正或訂定；逾期失效。
