The Arbitration Law of ROC Article 34
The arbitral tribunal shall deliver the original copy of the arbitral award to the parties.The original copy of the award prescribed in the preceding paragraph, along with the service report, shall be submitted to the court at the seat of arbitration for record-keeping.
