The Arbitration Law of ROC Article 25
In an arbitration involving a foreign element, the parties may agree on the language(s) to be used in the arbitral proceedings. However, the arbitral tribunal or either party may request that any documents relating to the arbitration be accompanied by translations in other languages.If a party or an arbitrator is not proficient in Mandarin, the arbitral tribunal shall arrange for an interpreter.

涉外仲裁事件，當事人得約定仲裁程序所使用之語文。
但仲裁庭或當事人之一方得要求就仲裁相關文件附具其他語文譯本。
