Regulation Governing Arbitrator’s Training and Lecture Article 13
An arbitration institution shall hold lectures for arbitrators regularly every year and report to the Ministry of Justice the lecture program and result.An arbitration institution shall raise the funds required for holding the lectures under the preceding paragraph.
