Enforcement Act of the Part of Rights In Rem of the Civil Code Article 8-1
The provisions of the revised Article 782 of the CIVIL CODE shall apply to the situation when the owner of a land where water originates, or of a well, is entitled to claim to have the status quo ante restored or claim compensation against another, who, owing to the works carried on by him, cuts off, reduces or pollutes the water of such land or well before the coming into force of the revision of the BOOK of RIGHTS in REM of the CIVIL CODE.
中文原文 民法物權編施行法第8-1條
修正之民法第七百八十二條規定，於民法物權編修正施行前水源地或井之所有人，對於他人因工事杜絕、減少或污染其水，而得請求損害賠償或並得請求回復原狀者，亦適用之。
