After the cause for which a person's capacity to make juridical acts is limited has ended in existence, his acknowledgement of the contract which he has previously made has the same effect as that of his guardian.The provision of the preceding article applies mutatis mutandis to the case provided in the preceding paragraph.
中文原文 民法第81條
限制行為能力人於限制原因消滅後，承認其所訂立之契約者，其承認與法定代理人之承認，有同一效力。
前條規定，於前項情形準用之。
