Civil Code Article 80

The other party to the contract mentioned in the preceding article may fix a period, not less than one month, and request the guardian to answer definitely within such period whether he acknowledged the contract or not.If the guardian does not give a definite answers within the period mentioned in the preceding paragraph, it shall be deemed as refusal.
中文原文 民法第80條
前條契約相對人，得定一個月以上之期限，催告法定代理人，確答是否承認。
於前項期限內，法定代理人不為確答者，視為拒絕承認。
於前項期限內，法定代理人不為確答者，視為拒絕承認。
