Civil Code Article 744

If the principal debtor has the right of revoking the juridical act upon which the debt is founded, the guarantor is entitled to refuse to perform the obligation.

主債務人就其債之發生原因之法律行為有撤銷權者，保證人對於債權人，得拒絕清償。
